What is Involvo?

Involvo is a place to find events and opportunities for young people, and to sign up for them.

Workshops, conferences, training courses, seminars, hackathons, competitions, youth exchanges, roundtables, forums, volunteering and informal meetups. Some happen in person, some are online, and some are held in another country but open to people applying from yours.

The problem it solves

Opportunities like these are usually announced somewhere easy to miss: an Instagram story that disappears after a day, a group chat that moves too fast, a friend who mentions it once registration has already closed. The event was never hidden. The announcement just did not reach you in time.

Involvo collects those announcements in one place, so finding an opportunity does not depend on following the right account at the right moment.

Involvo does not organize the events

This is the most useful thing to understand early, because it explains a lot of what follows.

The events listed here are run by other people: non-profit organizations, community and student groups, businesses, and independent organizers. Involvo lists their events and, for many of them, handles registration. It is not the organizer, and it is not there on the day.

In practice:

What you can do here

Without an account you can browse the whole listing, search, filter, and open any event to read what it is, when and where it runs, and who is organizing it.

With an account you can also save events, get reminders, apply or register, check in when you arrive, keep a record of what you have attended, and connect with other people who were there. See Do I need an account?

Anyone can also add an event to Involvo, including one they did not organize themselves. See Publish & manage events.

What it costs

Finding events on Involvo and taking part in them is free, and so is adding an event.

Two things are worth separating from that. Individual events may charge their own fee, decided by the organizer and shown on the event page. And Involvo has optional paid plans for people and organizations who need more capacity than the free one gives; nothing in this guide requires one. See Plans and limits.

Where to go next

If you are here to find something to attend, start with Your first event, start to finish.
